To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@yollive.com. Upon review of your request, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps. If a replacement item is available, we may offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Yollive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, Yollive will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist customers in contacting the shipping provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We generally replace items only if they are defective or damaged. However, if you require assistance regarding an exchange, please contact us at support@yollive.com and our team will be happy to assist.
